I originally started going to Putnam Bright Smile Dentistry because they were the only dentists anywhere close to my home that accepted my insurance. But I have built a very good relationship with everyone there. They are all very caring, and not JUST about your teeth. I have new insurance now that is accepted pretty much anywhere, but I couldn't imagine seeing another dentist!

I've been searching for a new dentist the past few months after my current dentist decided to retire and move down to Florida. After spending countless hours looking up reviews on dentists in the area, my friend recommended Dr. Patel. She told me she was very happy with Dr. Patel and her office staff.
Everyone at the office was very helpful, especially one of the girls. I believe her name was Jessica. I filled out some paperwork and handed over my insurance information. I did not have to wait long at all. After they took x-rays and cleaned my teeth, Dr. Patel told me I didn't have any cavities and to keep up what I was doing. I was thrilled, because I try my best to keep my teeth clean. Dr. Patel was really friendly and answered all questions that I had. If you're shopping around for a dentist, I highly recommend this office.

Was here for the first time and the experience was excellent. Christina at the front desk was extremely polite and professional & thorough. The hygienist whom did the xrays and ct scan was very efficient and kept the mood relaxed. The Doctor was very helpful and explained everything that would be happening. Kept it simple and answered every question I had.

I get very nervous going to the dentist but the staff does everything to make sure my anxieties are lessened every time I go. They are very knowledgeable and extremely understanding. Couldn't imagine going to another dentist ever again :D
